The Ancient Blacksmith spawn follows the normal champion progression: clear the lower-rank creatures to fill the red skulls, advance through the levels, and once the altar is fully charged the champion spawns. Defeating Ragnar awards both his standard ultra-rich loot and a batch of Level Increase Scrolls distributed among the players who earned looting rights.&lt;br /&gt;
