Fertilizer Quest

Overview

The Fertilizer Quest (officially titled "Icky Sticky Poo") is a repeatable quest given by the farmer Aomboon "Boonie" Deasy, located east of the Royal City Portal. Boonie runs a ranch on her own since her husband Louie passed away, and she needs a steady supply of dung to make fertilizer for her garden. Your job is to hunt down Angus Bulls and bring back their droppings. It's not glamorous work, but it pays well and can be repeated every 24 hours.

Quest Walkthrough

Step 1: Find Boonie

Travel to the area east of the Royal City Portal. You'll find Boonie riding a horse near her ranch. She is titled "The Farmer" and has a [?] marker indicating she has a quest available. Click on her to open the quest dialogue.

Step 2: Accept the Quest

Read through Boonie's story and accept the quest. She asks you to collect 10 Sticky Icky Poo specimens from Angus Bulls.

Step 3: Hunt Angus Bulls

Angus Bulls are found north/northwest of Delucia. They are easy to identify — they are dark shadowy-colored bulls (hue 1175) and are significantly tougher than normal cattle.

These bulls hit hard and have over 1,100 HP, so come prepared. They use Bleed Attack and Grasping Claw, so bringing bandages or healing is recommended.

Step 4: Collect the Poo

When an Angus Bull dies, it has a 100% chance to drop either a Sticky Icky Pristine Poop Specimen or a Shovel (50/50 split). You need to collect 10 poo total, so expect to kill roughly 20 bulls on average to complete the quest.

Step 5: Return to Boonie

Once you have all 10 Sticky Icky Poo specimens, return to Boonie east of the Royal City Portal and complete the quest through her dialogue.

Tips

Mark your quest items before turning them in. This cannot be stressed enough. Mark the Poo specimens in your backpack as quest items by clicking on your character and mark quest items.
Bring healing. Angus Bulls have Bleed Attack and over 1,100 HP. They're not pushovers — stock up on bandages or potions.
Farm for profit. Even aside from the quest rewards, Angus Bulls drop UltraRich loot twice per kill plus Spined hides. The quest is worth doing for the side income alone.
Repeat daily. The quest has a 24-hour cooldown. Make it part of your daily routine for a steady stream of BW Bucks and gold.
The drop is 50/50. You'll get either a Poo or a Shovel from each kill. Plan to kill about 20 bulls per quest cycle to reliably get 10 Poo.
Double-click the Poo if you're not sure what it is — it will confirm it's the quest item and play a sound effect.
