Custom Tamables of Banes World

Banes World is home to a menagerie of unique tameable creatures found nowhere else in Britannia. Each of these custom tamables spawns in only one location scattered across the world, and respawn timers range from 1 day to 30 days depending on the rarity and power of the creature. Hunting these mounts down is half the challenge — taming and keeping them alive is the other half.

This guide breaks down every custom tamable currently on the shard: their stats, control slot requirements, taming difficulty, resistances, special abilities, and quirks to watch for.

Note: Most of these creatures must be beaten into submission before they can be tamed (SubdueBeforeTame). Bring a strong tamer and a way to deal damage.

  • Notes: Color timer restarts on world load; otherwise behaves as a normal horse.

Tips for Hunters

  • Bring a subduer. The majority of these creatures require you to beat them to low health before taming. A dedicated dexxer or a strong existing pet pairs well with a tamer.
  • Watch the elemental damage. Each elemental line deals damage of its own type — wear resists accordingly. The Vampiric horses and Cu Sidhe lines hit especially hard.
  • Mind your control slots. Several of these (Ice Steed, Cu Sidhe, dragons, Black Fire Beetle) are 3-slot pets. Plan your stable and active pet loadout.
  • Respawn patience. With timers ranging from 1 to 30 days and only one spawn point per creature, the rarest mounts reward persistence. Check known spawn locations regularly.
  • Themed horseshoe drops. The elemental horse lines have a chance to drop their matching horseshoes (Frozen, Blazing, Energized, Tainted, Lucky) as a bonus — worth farming even after you've tamed one.
