Overview
Icey the Icicle is a quest NPC found at the entrance to Ice Dungeon in Trammel. She is looking for Ice Shards — rare crystalline fragments found deep within the dungeon — so she can craft a special set of decorative icicles for you.
Bring her exactly 25 Ice Shards and she will reward you with gold and a Bag of Icicles containing six unique decorative icicle pieces.
How to Start
- Travel to Ice Dungeon in Trammel.
- Right-click Icey at the dungeon entrance and select the context menu option to learn about her request.
- She will ask you to collect 25 Ice Shards from deep within the dungeon.
Collecting Ice Shards
Ice Shards can be found by using the Stealing skill on spawn points deep inside Ice Dungeon. They are lightweight (0.01 stones each) and stackable, so inventory space is not a concern.
| Item | Ice Shards |
|---|---|
| Weight | 0.01 stones |
| Stackable | Yes |
| Quantity Needed | 25 |
Turning In the Quest
Once you have a stack of 25 Ice Shards:
- Drag the stack of 25 Ice Shards from your backpack.
- Drop them directly onto Icey.
- She will accept them and place your rewards in your backpack.

Tips
- The Stealing skill is required to obtain Ice Shards. Make sure your character has adequate skill before heading into the dungeon.
- Ice Shards are found deep within Ice Dungeon — expect to encounter dangerous creatures along the way. Come prepared with supplies and equipment appropriate for the dungeon's difficulty.
- Since Ice Shards are stackable and very light, you can farm them across multiple trips and combine stacks in your backpack before turning in.
- This quest is repeatable — you can collect additional sets of decorative icicles by turning in another 25 Ice Shards.
