Forsaken Foes

Overview

Forsaken Foes is a seasonal Fall event centered in the Blackthorn region. Players are invited to aid The Fellowship, an order dedicated to resettling refugees displaced by pirate plundering and cleansing Britannia of soul-tainted evils. The event features a multi-track progression system: donating trade cargo, completing an 8-step quest chain, binding and purifying ethereal souls, and redeeming earned points for exclusive seasonal gear, titles, and crafting recipes.

Getting Started

1. Locate the Fellowship Hall in the Blackthorn region (approx. Template:Coord).
2. Speak to the NPC:the Follower to receive event instructions.
3. Drop MaritimeCargo into the Fellowship Donation Box to begin earning progress toward your first quest token.
4. Hunt soulbound creatures and use an Ethereal Soulbinder to collect points for the reward shop.

Progression Mechanics

Cargo Donations

The primary way to advance the main quest line is by donating trade cargo. Drag any MaritimeCargo into the Fellowship Donation Box.

• Each donation tracks your account's total contributed value.
• Upon reaching 450,000,000 worth of donated goods, you will be rewarded a Fellowship Coin and placed back on track toward the next threshold.
• Multiple coins can be earned over the course of the event.

The Fellowship Quest Chain

The Fellowship Coin is used to progress through an 8-step chain located throughout the Blackthorn Dungeon complex.

• Locate the 8 NPC:the Worker NPCs scattered across the dungeon steps.
• Drag your Fellowship Coin to the workers in sequential order (Chain 1 → Chain 8).
• Teleporters between dungeon levels are locked behind specific chain progress. You must have completed the preceding chain stage to pass certain gates.
• Completing Chain 8 rewards the exclusive wearable item: Fellowship Medallion.

Ethereal Soul Binding

Certain event creatures spawn with a soulbound property. When defeated, they release ethereal energy that can be harvested.

1. Acquire an Ethereal Soulbinder (looted or rewarded).
2. Keep the Soulbinder in your backpack while hunting. It will automatically fill up to a maximum of 100 Soul Points when you kill soulbound creatures.
3. The item's hue changes based on its charge level.
4. Drag a filled Soulbinder into the Ethereal Soulcleanser chest to convert it into Fellowship Points.

• Point Conversion: 1 Soul Point = 100 Fellowship Points (Max 10,000 per binder).

Fellowship Point Shop

Earned points are redeemed via the NPC:the Fellowship Adept. Right-click the vendor and select Browse the Fellowship Shop to access the reward catalog. Points persist for the duration of the seasonal event.

Special Items & Loot

• The Fellowship Staff: A unique staff (15-18 damage, 3.25 ML speed, STR req 20). Grants Block and Force of Nature weapon abilities. Outputs 100% physical damage.
• Fellowship Medallion: Neck-slot wearable awarded for completing Chain 8. Double-clicking reveals lore text regarding the Fellowship's mission.
• Ethereal Soulbinder & Ethereal Soulcleanser: Core event items for point farming. Binders auto-fill in your backpack; cleansers are stationary containers near quest hubs.

Tips & Notes

• Pack Management: Keep your Ethereal Soulbinder in your main backpack while hunting. It will not fill if stored in a bank box, house container, or secondary pack.
• Quest Order: The 8 Workers must be visited sequentially. Dragging a coin to a higher-tier worker before completing the previous stage will result in rejection.
• Teleporter Gates: Blackthorn Dungeon teleporters are chain-gated. If you cannot pass a gate, return to complete earlier Worker objectives.
• Point Economy: Soulbinders cap at 100 points (10,000 FP each). Plan your cleansing trips accordingly to avoid overcapping while hunting.
• Event Duration: This is a seasonal Fall event. Progress and unspent points are typically reset when the season concludes. Check official shard announcements for exact start/end dates.
