Daily Quests

Overview

Daily Quests are repeatable bounty and hunting quests available at the Huntmaster's Lodge, accessible through the Portal System under Favorites. Each quest can be completed once every 24 hours per character, making them a reliable daily source of gold, crafting materials, tokens, BW Bucks, and Hunter's Marks.

There are two categories of daily quests: Bounty Quests (kill 100 of a specific creature) and Hunting Quests (track down and slay a single powerful beast).

How to Get Started

  1. Find the closest Portal.
  2. Select Favorites.
  3. Travel to the Huntmaster's Lodge.
  4. Speak to the quest NPC of your choice to accept a quest.
  5. Complete the objective and return to the same NPC to claim your reward.
  6. After completing a quest, you must wait 24 hours before accepting it again.

You can have multiple daily quests active at the same time.

Bounty Quests

Bounty quests require you to kill 100 of a specific creature type. All six bounty quests share the same base reward structure but give different crafting materials depending on the target creature.

Shared Rewards

Every bounty quest awards the following:

Reward Amount
Gold 25,000
Tokens 2,000
BW Bucks 7
Hunter's Marks 100
Crafting Materials 100 each of two types (varies by quest)

Hunting Quests

Hunting quests are different from bounty quests — instead of killing 100 common creatures, you must track down and slay a single powerful boss-class creature. These hunts are more challenging but require only one kill per completion.

Shared Rewards

Every hunting quest awards the following:

Reward Amount
Gold 1,000
BW Bucks 2
Hunter's Marks 50

Quest Table

Target Creature Stats

All four hunting targets are boss-class creatures with identical stat profiles. Come prepared for a serious fight:

Stat Value
Hit Points 5,000
Damage 31 – 35 (100% Cold)
Physical Resist 90%
Fire Resist 60%
Cold Resist 100%
Poison Resist 60%
Energy Resist 100%
Special Attacks Bleed Attack, Mortal Strike, Armor Ignore
Poison Greater / Deadly on hit
Other Auto Dispel, Bard Immune, Lethal Poison Immune, Cannot Flee

Tips for Hunting:

  • These creatures deal 100% cold damage, so maximize your cold resistance before engaging.
  • They hit hard (31–35 damage) with weapon abilities like Mortal Strike and Armor Ignore — bring plenty of bandages or healing.
  • They are immune to barding (Provocation, Peacemaking, Discordance) and auto-dispel summoned creatures.
  • They apply poison on hit (80% chance Greater, 20% chance Deadly), so carry cure potions or have access to the Cure spell.

Hunter's Marks

Hunter's Marks are a custom currency earned from all daily quests. They can be redeemed at the Huntmaster's Lodge for exclusive hunting-themed rewards including:

  • Decorative trophies and hunting décor for your home
  • A ridable Polar Bear mount
  • Other unique items

Find the Hunter Mark vendor and he has all the items on display at the Huntmaster's Lodge.

Bounty quests award 100 Hunter's Marks per completion, while hunting quests award 50 Hunter's Marks per completion. Running all ten quests daily earns you 800 Hunter's Marks per day (600 from bounties + 200 from hunts).

Daily Income Summary

If you complete all ten daily quests in a single day, your total earnings are:

Reward Total Per Day
Gold 154,000
Tokens 12,000
BW Bucks 50
Hunter's Marks 800
Crafting Materials 1,200 (various types)

Tips

  • Stack your bounty quests — Accept all six bounty quests before heading out. Many of these creatures share dungeon locations, so you can work on multiple quests simultaneously.
  • Bring area-effect weapons or spells for the bounty quests. Killing 100 creatures goes faster with chain lightning, meteor swarm, or weapons with hit area effects.
  • Check the quest description for each NPC's flavor text if you need a hint about where to find the target creatures.
  • Fertile Dirt from Earth Elementals — If you are a gardener, the Earth Elemental quest is especially valuable since Fertile Dirt is used in the plant system and can be hard to stockpile otherwise.
  • Custom resources are tradeable — Even if you don't craft, the Platinum Ingots, Ethereal Leather, Petrified Boards, and other materials from these quests are in demand by crafters and can be sold to other players.
