House NPC Vendor Deed
The House NPC Vendor Deed allows homeowners to place a stationary NPC vendor inside their public house. These vendors function as standard shop NPCs, offering their usual buy/sell inventories and services from the convenience of your home. They also provide BOD's by double clicking on them or single click and select Bulk Order Deed.
Obtaining the Deed
The deed is available for purchase from the UO Store. You can access the store by:
- Clicking the Store button along the top of the player interface.
- Typing [store while standing inside a house or inn.
Requirements
- The deed must be in your backpack to use.
- You must be standing inside a public house that you own or co-own.
- The house must be set to Public access before the deed can be activated.
How to Use
- Stand at the exact spot inside your house where you want the NPC to appear.
- Face the direction you want the NPC to face.
- Double-click the deed from your backpack.
- A selection gump will appear listing all available NPC types.
- Click the button next to the vendor you wish to place.
- The NPC will appear at your location, facing your direction.
- The deed is consumed upon placement.
The placed NPC will be stationary and will not wander around your home.

Notes
- Placed NPCs are added to your house as barkeepers. They count toward your house's barkeeper limit.
- All vendors will need to be removed/redeeded before customizing your home.
- Each deed places exactly one NPC. To place multiple vendors, you will need multiple deeds.
- The NPC spawns at your character's precise position and facing, so position yourself carefully before using the deed.
- Having a Banker placed in your home provides direct banking access without needing to travel to town.
- These vendors can be moved with the interior decorator tool.
